A research institute - high-altitude low oxygen environment simulation system

Main Applications:

The system is used for conducting electrical performance simulation testing and evaluation of fuel cell and other technological products under low-oxygen conditions at altitudes ranging from 0 to 5000 meters on plateaus. The facility comprises two lab modules: the high-altitude pressure environment chamber and the high-altitude hypoxic environment chamber. The internal dimensions of these chambers are 2m × 2m × 2m and 3m × 2.8m × 2.3m, respectively.

High-altitude Pressure Environment Chamber

Technical Parameters:

1. Internal dimensions: 2m × 2m × 2m;
2. Temperature: 0°C to 70°C, accuracy ±0.5°C;
3. Adjust the pressure to simulate oxygen levels at altitudes ranging from 3,000 to 5,000 meters, with ±1% accuracy and user-configurable settings.

High-altitude Hypoxic Environment Chamber

Technical Parameters:
1. Internal dimensions: 3m × 2.8m × 2.3m;
2. Temperature: 0°C to 30°C, accuracy ±0.5°C;
3. By adjusting the oxygen levels within the atmospheric pressure chamber, equivalent oxygen levels corresponding to altitudes of 3,000 to 5,000 meters can be achieved, with an accuracy of ±1%.
