Power Line Icing Test Chamber

Introduction:
The Power Line Icing test chamber can artificially simulate various complex natural climatic conditions, including temperature and humidity, wind velocity, rainfall, icing, and contamination. Tests of insulation contamination, condensation, rainfall, and icing flashover characteristics for 1000-kilovolt electrical equipment (insulator strings, disconnect switches, circuit breakers) can be conducted.
Parameters:
1) Dimensions: 22m × 22m × 27m (L × W × H) (customizable)
2) Temperature: -40°C to 60°C, uniformity ≤ 2°C
3) Humidity: 40%RH to 95%RH, control accuracy ≤ ±5%RH
4) Rainfall: 0–120 mm/h, horizontal and vertical directions
5) Wind velocity: 0–10 m/s, measurement accuracy: ±0.2 m/s
6) Icing: 0–5 mm/h, capable of producing three icing states: glaze, rime, and mixed rime.
8) Contamination: The entire space filled within 30 minutes (cold fog, hot fog).
(All parameters above can be customized to meet specific user requirements.)
