Environmental Reliability Test
Introduction:
The environmental reliability test finds extensive application in the military domain, enabling the assessment of environmental reliability for weaponry, components, parts, and materials. This ensures the operational performance of weaponry throughout their service life.
Parameters:
| Altitude: 0–30,000 m, control accuracy ≤0.002 MPa
| Temperature range: -70°C to 100°C, uniformity ≤±2.0°C
| Humidity range: 5%RH to 100%RH, control accuracy ≤±5%RH
| Solar radiation: Full spectrum intensity 1120W/m², uniformity ≤ 10%
| Infrared radiation intensity 500 W/m², uniformity ≤10%
| Ultraviolet radiation intensity 63 W/m², uniformity ≤10%
| Rainfall test: Raindrop diameter 0.5mm–4.5mm, nozzle pressure >276Kpal
| Snowfall test: 0–10mm/h, uniformity ≤5%
| Wind Test: 0–10 m/s, outlet wind velocity stability ≤1 m/s
|Fatigue Test: 100T loading force, actuator stroke: 500mm, test frequency: 0.01–20Hz (All parameters above can be customized to meet specific user requirements.)
