Salt Spray Simulation Test Chamber

Introduction:

The salt spray test is an environmental reliability test that artificially simulates a salt spray environment to evaluate the corrosion resistance of products or metallic materials. By artificially simulating a salt spray environment, this test determines whether products meet performance requirements under salt spray corrosion conditions. Its purpose is to evaluate the corrosion resistance of metallic materials and coatings, and it is suitable for assessing the stability of product performance during storage or use in salt spray corrosion environments.

Parameters:

1) Test chamber dimensions: 13.5m × 6.5m × 8m (L × W × H) (customizable)
2) Temperature range: 20°C to 40°C, temperature control accuracy ≤ ±2°C
3) Heating rate: ≥0.1°C/min (20T steel load)
4) Cooling rate: ≥0.2°C/min (20T steel load)
5) Dehumidification rate: Humidity ≤ 45% RH within 30 minutes
6) Salt spray deposition rate: 1–3 ml/(80 cm²·h), measured online
