High-Altitude Engine Test Bench

Introduction:

When vehicles operate in high-altitude regions, the high-altitude environment significantly will impact the engine. Through the simulation test of the high-altitude characteristics on the indoor engine and by controlling the intake parameters and fuel supply parameters of the engine, the performance of the engine in the high-altitude environment can be studied.

Parameters:

1) Altitude range: 0m to 6500m (101–42 kPa), maintaining accuracy within ±0.5 kPa
2) Intake air temperature: Ambient to -40°C, maintained with ±2°C accuracy
3) Air intake flow rate: 300 L/s
4) Automatic regulation: The engine achieves automatic regulation under varying operating conditions, with pressure parameters stabilizing in less than 1 minute.
5) Intake and exhaust control: Pressure difference < 0.5 kPa; temperature difference < 1°C
(All parameters above can be customized to meet specific user requirements.)
